Mass followed by installation banquet at the Moss Bluff
Council Hall. Full Regalia requested.

7 Planning Meeting at Piccadilly at 7:00PM

9 Fourth Degree Exemplification in Alexander,
LA.
The exemplification will be held at Olinger Hall
located behind the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church on
421 21st Street. Registration is from 8:00am to
10:00am. Exemplification starts at 10:30 and ends at 12:30.
Luncheon will begin at 1:30pm.
A room will be set up with light
refreshments for the ladies to visit with one another while the
exemplification is being held.
Registration forms and Form 4
must be filled completely and received no later than July 28,
2008. Checks must be made to the assembly and the
assembly submits one check for all candidates payable to the
Master’s Fund. No personal checks made to the Master’s Fund will
be accepted. Cost for the candidates is $70.00, which includes
their meal. Cost of the lunch for all sir knights, their
spouses, candidate’s spouses and guest will be $20.00 and must
be listed on the Request for Banquet Tickets form.
The official dress code for all
candidates and Sir Knights for all 4th degree
exemplifications is black tuxedo, plain white pleated
tuxedo shirt with lay down collar, black bow tie, black
cummerbund, black socks and black shoes. Sir Knights will wear
their social baldric with their attire. Only exceptions are
clergy and candidates presently enlisted in the military service
may wear their Full dress uniform.

Duplechin report that he has received encouraging
responses
from the councils for monthly dinner meetings. He is waiting for
confirmation from the Grand Knights.
He also
stated that POW/MIA activities to include a meal will be held at
the VA Hall in Moss Bluff on September 13th although
the official date is September 16th.
He welcomed
new members Peter Douglas Snatic and Elton Joseph Duhon.
Color
Corp Commander thanked
those who attended St. Henry’s Anniversary Mass, S/ K Leonard
Machado’ wake, and the Quarterly Communion Mass and meeting in
Johnson Bayou. There was good attendance for all of them.
