1965-66.  A highlight of Faithful Navigator PAUL TERRANOVA'S term was the Color Corp's participation in the first Pontifical High Mass celebrated by the Most Rev. Harold Perry, newly-appointed Auxiliary Bishop of New Orleans and a native of Lake Charles. His first Mass as Bishop was celebrated in his home parish, Sacred Heart. This also marked the first collaboration with the Knights of Peter Claver in a Guard of Honor.

Ecumenism was a keynote of Faithful Navigator Terranova's term. Another highlight occurred at the assembly's annual anniversary banquet, at which the Rev. Constantine Rigakos, pastor of the Greek Orthodox Church in Port Arthur, Texas, was a guest speaker. The guest list also included Dr. and Mrs. George W. Pomeroy, pastor of the First Methodist Church of Lake Charles.

The banquet was dedicated to the assembly's Faithful Friar, the Rev. Daniel Habetz, who was celebrating the 25th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood. The three clergymen delivered the Invocation and the Benediction in unison at the banquet.

In April, the assembly was the host for an Exemplification under the direction of Master O'Reilly. Twenty-two new members joined the assembly on that occasion.

At the district convention in Jennings, Master O'Reilly announced that the assembly had won the Master's Award under the leadership of Faithful Navigators Louviere in 1964-65 and Terranova in 1965-66.
